Reading Room

The reading room is reserved as a venue where users can refer to the various collections under the custody of the RDC. The room is equipped with comfortable chairs and work services, if only in limited number, due to current restriction on available space,

    

 Users' Requirement

Users allowed open access but required to be recommended by authorized institutions.

The RDC and its staff are eager and happy to accommodate researchers and to offer help and advice.

 - Local students should bring a letter of recommendation from their school or university

Researchers from government ministries or local organizations should bring a letter of recommendation from their institutions.

- Schools, colleges, universities, ministries, national unions, NGO’s and embassies may all recommend researchers to the RDC.

- For record purposes, all readers are required to fill out the standard user’s form.

 Research Aids

 The card catalogue and archival description are not yet been complete. A register of the documentary collection is available. Documents are arranged by subject and record / index cards are maintained for all periodicals. General and in depth indexes of the EPLF’s radio programs are also available.  Users are requested to identify documents to be retrieved by the archivists through the use of the search aids.

2:30 to 5:30 PM

Friday
9:00 to 11:00 AM
3: 00 to 5: 00 PM
